That’s why we offer an unconditional guarantee on the quality of every product we sell. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, simply reach out to our customer service team at info@munchiepopcorn.ca. We’ll either replace the product or give you a refund. It’s straightforward and it’s our pledge to you.
Note: Replacements or refunds must be requested and processed back to the original payment method within 30 days of the initial purchase transaction. Refunds are issued less shipping, and are applicable to Munchies branded food products only (not applicable on gift items/accessories or gift cards). There may be some cases where we require unused product to be returned to verify quality control issues.

Local Pickup
If you are lucky enough to be in the Durham Region, local pickup / meet up may be an option. Upon purchase, if you are from the designated area you will be presented with this option. If selected we will provide a pick up location, date and time. If your really lucky, you may get your order dropped off free of charge.
Flat Rate
Flat rate & Free shipping only applies to direct end consumers, and is not offered to our B2B/wholesale/reseller customers at this time.
Free Shipping
The “Free Shipping” option must be selected at checkout, it is not automatic. It will be delivered via Standard Shipping using one of our preferred couriers. Free shipping is only applicable on a single address, any subsequent addresses added will also need to have a spend of $50 to qualify.
Just a friendly heads-up: make sure to double-check all your address details when you’re checking out. It’s super important to get them right so that your goodies arrive on time and without any hiccups. Unfortunately, if there are any delays or issues with delivery because of incorrect or incomplete addresses, Munchies won’t be able to take responsibility for that.
Also, if there are any changes to your delivery destination or method after you’ve placed your order, you’ll be responsible for any extra shipping fees that might pop up.
Oh, and if your order gets returned to us because of an incorrect address or if you’re not able to pick it up from the courier’s facility, no worries! We can resend it to you, but just keep in mind that there might be some additional shipping fees involved.
